After such a large day of networking and discovering, I popped down to the book shop and selected up some new sewing publications ? including this nifty zine rectify your Clothes by Raileigh Briggs
It is a cute little publication which has some very handy strikes for repairing your clothes like sewing on buttons, mending seams, darning apertures, and caring for certain fabrics.
attractive rudimentary stuff ? but I have contacted people who didn't understand how to stitch a button and this zine would have been large to overtake on!
As a sewer (and now blogger) I can never halt learning. There are so numerous methods out there that I?d love to know and become an professional at. Reading other blogs, going to workshops and gathering other people all help with us discovering more and more about our craft or life in general.
To win this publication all you have to do is tell me certain thing you would really like to discover. It doesn't have to be sewing associated (but that would be good so I can set up some tutorials!)
I will pick a winner and have it dispatched out to you while you are in the world!
