The Fairest On Seasons

It's getting strong cold now that winter has reached in Sydney. While every person in the North is enjoying the first days of summer, we're settling in for the long and dull winter.

dull because our winter has none of the festive advantages of a to the north winter; No Christmas, No snowfall, No outdoor ice skating, No public vacations except you enumerate the Queen?s anniversary Public holiday this approaching Monday and after that there's nothing till October!

Very dull and cold and DRY! And the daylight hours are of course shorter making it hard to take decent outfit photographs for you all.

Sydney winters can knack you. On a good day you can have a pleasant 20C/68F qualifications (according to this item it is a veritable heatwave in England) which for us is likely cool sufficient for a coat and dress here during the day. But if you are stupid enough to stay out after the sun sets without back up provisions, you could find yourself freezing your butt off in 10C/50F degrees. Yes 10! Very freezing for us persons who are used to 40C/104F degree summers - 45.8C was the max this year.

I find the weather fascinating and it may seem like a conversational faux pas to talk about the climate but I love matching remarks with people from other nations about what their summer or winter is like. therefore why the item about England's 23 degree heat wave left me tickled pink!

So I estimate most people would gaze at summer time images to warm themselves, but rather than I'll share with you some very snug and stylish people to recall me to take my scarf and gloves when I leave the house!
